Instance buddy very quick question please help

I have set up instance buddy but everytime i try and start it it says please load a profile, i really don't know what to do as i can't find a profile under instancebuddy. I had checked it to do random deugeons while i sleep, or is it extremely unstable at the moment?

So yes can someone please explain what profile i need to load?

any profile will do so long as you in its level range

Any grinding profile for your level will work. It works alot like mixed mode. Where it will grind while it waits for the queue, join the instance, complete the instance, leave, continue grinding and re-queue for instance.

IB is not sleep friendly. You are in a party of 4 other people watching DPS meters and wondering why you are stuck at the bottom of the stairs on Ramps, etc.

The only time I use IB is when I can add random chat to the party.
