install problem on pokefarmer

I downloaded pokefarmer
and when I execute PokeFarmer.exe,
it says 'api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll' is missing,
so the program cannot be started.
How can I go on further?

I solved the execution file problem with your help,
but I can't see the maps on display while the program seems working normally.
Please see the attachment, and solve this problem also.

for the maps, you gotta make sure you check your firewall and antivirus, set an exception for pokefarmer, then it's gonna work.

Thank you for all help. No problems now.

But, I did big mistake in setting pokefarmer on trasffer setting,
and I lost my precious collections when I start the program.
When program started, so many transfer messages shown
and my pricious pokemons are disappeared.
How can I restore it? Please help me.
