Getting this error when starting up ChestRunner V2_1

I ran the profile for a few hours before stopping it and attemping to restart it.

I run win 7 x64

edit: second .txt is the full log with the rest of the error in it.

are you running both bot and game as admin?

is D3 in windowed mode?

tried another profile?
