Initialization of Honorbuddy.MainWindow threw an exception

I have WoW running in 32bit, directX9, windowed mode. I'm unsure how to attach the info that most others have attached.
I'm receiving and error message for Initialization of 'Honorbuddy.MainWindow' threw an exception as well as Could not load file or assembly 'GreyMagic.dll' or one of its dependencies.
I've sent the error reports a few times.
