Up and running by the end of the week didn't quite work? How long will it take?? Already been two weeks since 9.13 release!
Also kinda wondering. I catch myself checking this thread daily.. Seems to be abandoned at this point. I have been using honorbuddy for years but I'm pretty new to TL. Is this a common thing with TL?
Also another patch was released this morning.. With that further delay?
Any chance of a some what working product we can even test or a hard ETA?

i thought war gaming give beta tests for new releases, so why are these not used to test the new TL release on the current version? maybe ur too busy with ya court dates with blizzard huh?
I was also thinking about using this service, however, I've kept my eyes on this forum for the past couple weeks and with little new updates on it I'm starting to waiver in if i should use this or not due to the lack of hard ETA's in which the content will be fixed. Also, im feeling that the administrators have started to ignore this thread as well due to the lack of reassurance on their part over the past couple of weeks that this has not been down. Hopefully now that the Holiday season is wrapping up they will find the time to fix it. Or at least give us all an update.

You have a strange approach to the subject and the client.
You sell something that is not working.
I understand the situation of customers who bought the license wardrob introduction of the patch.
But you still sell something that is inefficient to new customers.
You should be ashamed.
This behavior is worthy of the real crooks.
If something does not work Turn off shop and purchase, until you resolve the issue.
That is my opinion, and probably all other users on this forum.
A response of "asap" are not satisfying for me.
It would be better if you tell whether it will be a month or two, or half a year.
At this rate, soon will be another patch and you will continue to write "ASAP !!!"
and you are still going to sell something that is not working.
