It's a lot of work, but we're getting there. The odd thing is that this change wasn't live with the WoT PTR, so we didn't see it coming at all.
 
Up and running by the end of the week didn't quite work? How long will it take?? Already been two weeks since 9.13 release!

Also kinda wondering. I catch myself checking this thread daily.. Seems to be abandoned at this point. I have been using honorbuddy for years but I'm pretty new to TL. Is this a common thing with TL?

Also another patch was released this morning.. With that further delay?

Any chance of a some what working product we can even test or a hard ETA?
 
I hope this problem is solve soon, becouse i payd for nothing. 0.9.13 not work. please update and send a note for all members, that is fine. Thanks
 
i thought war gaming give beta tests for new releases, so why are these not used to test the new TL release on the current version? maybe ur too busy with ya court dates with blizzard huh?
 
I was also thinking about using this service, however, I've kept my eyes on this forum for the past couple weeks and with little new updates on it I'm starting to waiver in if i should use this or not due to the lack of hard ETA's in which the content will be fixed. Also, im feeling that the administrators have started to ignore this thread as well due to the lack of reassurance on their part over the past couple of weeks that this has not been down. Hopefully now that the Holiday season is wrapping up they will find the time to fix it. Or at least give us all an update.

It's definitely not abandoned. Reverse engineering file formats is a very, very time consuming task. This is the first time since the launch of TL years ago that we have had to take the bot down for more than a day or two; it's very uncommon for TL.

If you've purchased a lifetime, your license will simply carry over when the bot comes back up. If you've purchased a trial key, we'll be extending those once the bot goes back up. Either way, you'll get what you paid for.

They do, but they didn't include this file format change in the PTR version for 9.13. While we are quite busy, we would've caught this is it was on the PTR - we actually wish they did put it on the PTR.

There isn't much to say. The problem with reversing anything is that you can't really give an indication of progress other than "we're getting there". I posted that earlier this week, and that's still all I can say about it: we're making progress. Holidays aren't helping, but most of us are still at work during the holiday season. :)

Sorry I can't give you guys any more, but this is literally all we have at the moment. The alternative is releasing a beta version of TL for 9.13 on which the new map doesn't work - which isn't something we'd like to do as it would put your accounts at risk unnecessarily, but definitely do let us know what you think.
 
hi i have now buy the tankleader key but the bot is aktually not working what think you how Long to make the update thx sorry im Germany xD

i would like to second thos motion, clearly apart from patches to keep it from crashing...NOTHING has been done to improve and the relentlsss spotting by others is causing so many reports

PLEASE we PAY you! lets see some results to keep it alive and running as u pretty much have a dad product currently
 
You have a strange approach to the subject and the client.
You sell something that is not working.
I understand the situation of customers who bought the license wardrob introduction of the patch.
But you still sell something that is inefficient to new customers.
You should be ashamed.
This behavior is worthy of the real crooks.
If something does not work Turn off shop and purchase, until you resolve the issue.
That is my opinion, and probably all other users on this forum.
A response of "asap" are not satisfying for me.
It would be better if you tell whether it will be a month or two, or half a year.
At this rate, soon will be another patch and you will continue to write "ASAP !!!"
and you are still going to sell something that is not working.
 
Do you know about when you fix it? If I buy license yesterday that you extend this?

Believe me when I say we're not happy with how long the bot has been down for either. We underestimated how much work it'd be to update all the maps for the new patch. We decided to postpone the release until we could get all the maps working with the bot rather than releasing with a map missing, as it'd put your accounts at risk, and we still believe that is the correct decision. While we want the bot to be up and working as much as you do, we don't want to expose our customers to unnecessary risk and prefer not releasing bot at all over releasing one with only partial support.

Having said that, we've hired someone new to help us with the bot, and we've been making exceedingly fast progress the past two days. At this rate, we should have a release out in the coming few days that supports all maps. Having hired someone new, this also means we have more resources available to tackle the issues that you experience with the bot in the near future.

We're a small company of only a handful of people working from all over the world, in different time zones. When it comes down to situations where a specific combination of people have to collaborate on a project, especially during the holiday season, it can prove hard to make progress as fast as we'd like to. The bot shouldn't have been down for as long as it has been, period. We apologize for that.

As we've said before, we'll extend *all* licenses, including recently bought trials by more than the bot has been down for to compensate for your troubles.
 
First of all, thank you for keeping all the gamers posted. It's good news that you hired a new resource to help tackle all the issues with the bot. That is very helpful.

I miss Tankleader software and I can't imagine that the count be banned.

Looking forward to seeing Tankleader 3.0:)
