I do not understand why it needs to be reviewed.... I purchased a key 1 week ago with this exact billing information. Nothing has changed, except I'm now having to wait an entire day to receive my key when last week it was 10 minutes.

I did make a second purchase and send them the order number.... Payment needs review AGAIN incase its fraudulent.... even though this time i paid by visa rather than paypal...
