Incompatible realms / HB not working

Anyone else in EU having the issue with incompatible servers?

HB doesn't run for me (stuck on logging in). Tried both versions, .780 and .781...

Does it run for you guys despite the incompatible realm issue??

Use the 780 version. the 781 is for the new patch.

Yes, working for me, and yes I am seeing the incompatible server status.

I simply ignored it as this post suggested:

Thats what I do, I can login to the game - no problem. But HB is stuck on logging in.... maybe it's a different issue then, idk. I'm trying to figure it out

Should submit a log to support and see what they say, or look through it yourself to see if anything seems off.
How long are you waiting? One of mine was stuck there for ~30secs before continuing. Doesn't seem like awhile, but a lot longer than the 1second we're probably used to.

The log doesn't say anything other than "logging in"... but it works now! I was probably too impatient But it took almost 2 minutes until continuing from logging in... that's really long. But anyways, it's working
