So I decided to make a trial account, and ever since you guys got the bot up and running they keep putting little patches, so one of you needs to stop, because it's seriously fucken with my gameplay time. Hahaha! But seriously, I think Trion is going to keep you on your toes, hope this venture is profitable for you because you are going to be updating the bot 24/7 by the looks of things.

soo annoyed... wtf seriously? I just started to bot and boom update.

I dunno what's better at this point...

Blizzard releasing a patch that breaks various items in game, and then waiting 1 week-1 month for the issue to get fixed, or...

Trion fixing the smallest issue as soon as they discover it.

What boggles my mind is how their login variables change EVERY DAMN TIME there's a patch.

personally as a player that plays the game besides wanting to bot, I enjoy that they fix issues so fast.

Yes - they certainly don't make it easy for us.

Our process takes about 8 hours but I need sleep. Will have a release tomorrow. Questing will be delayed again.

I agree, and have said in many other posts that Trion is making Blizzard look like amateurs when it comes to polishing and caring about their product.

they cant do it all time long, soon Trion will calm down and will patch it like all over MMO games are patched, 1 patch for 2-4 weeks.

See I was thinking the exact reverse of this - if they were any good at what they're doing they wouldn't release a patch with so many bugs in the first place that they need to hotfix it every other day.

You missed the point of that post, Blizzard has been in the MMO game for what, 7+ years now? And when they do a huge update they have just as many bugs/glitches as Trion does, but they take 5 times longer to implemented a hotfix.

I'm pretty sure they don't push updates with as many problems as trion does. Do you have anything to back that up apart from speculation?

Well aside from playing WoW off and on from release up until last year and seeing how few and far between all their updates/hotfixes were, no. Actually I guess if you go to MMOwned.com and look at the forums there and see how many threads they have about bugs/exploits for WoW as opposed to the tiny forum they have for Rift that consists of a few posts and most are outdated by 4+ weeks, that should give you a heads up on which company is staying ontop of their product.

here we go again another 30 min update... honestly wtf, they should wait and do one big one not do 1 every damn day.

A lot of the things they are patching could wait, you're right. That's why I am under assumption that they are doing this to fuck with 3rd party programs.

I think its 6 patches in the last 7 days.

We can cope with the patches. It does slow down questing development which is annoying as its coming on really well.
