The NA region shards will be coming down to receive 1.3 Hotfix #9 tomorrow morning, 7/13/11, at 8:00am PDT. The estimated downtime is ** 30 minutes **.

Patch notes will be updated on the forums and game patcher.

OFC you can't connect, the safety has been thrown. They have to revise the bot for the current revision of the patch, after makig sure it is safe, as safe as botting can be anyway... lol
