In regards to future buyers of DB and doubling packages

I was going to buy DB today actually, and as I log on I see that do to some less than favourable circumstances I can not. If I purchase DB when and if it is available again, am I eligible for the doubling of my package free of charge? Or was that just for the ones who already have it?

First post, hoping to try my hand at botting in the near future!

As far as I can tell, they are only banned from selling and distributing the software.

Bossland could easily set it up and sale sessions of logins to their servers and simply nothing else. No software being sold or distributed, simply a connection to their servers. And then when demonbuddy is able to be distributed again, he can say hey you can use those login sessions you already bought for demonbuddy sessions!

I really see no difference in allowing people who want to purchase it today buying into the future of demonbuddy and getting rewarded, vs those that happened to buy before today getting rewarded. If anything, the ones that buy in knowing it's down and has a chance (although probably a small chance) of not coming back at all would be showing more commitment than those who just say well my money is already tied up in it, may as well wait and see what happens.

I believe this would result in legal issues and I doubt Blizzard are willing to get sued in order to fight botters.

lol theory crafting are we ? one it doesnt read the memory addresses that buddy steps into, two on updates they change according to, three i dont think they inject there name right into the memory?

the only fight blizz has against DB atm is to record X times your do the same thing and for N amount of time, and log it and then when flags are hit put a suspension, same thing happens in WoW skinning for leather. Kill X mobs too often your flagged

Except that Warden only is allowed to scan "Diablo III.exe" and nothing else.

If your 1 day trial was active during the time of the bot being down, email [email protected] and I'm sure they'll be willing to either give you a 2 session 24 hour key, or a 48 hour 1 session key.
