any1 can tell me how i can improve it to get less cpu usage? atm im aming 95-100% ... ;f with 5 bots and i7 920@3,7GHz

Way to high, as DB will tell your game it is in foreground your computer will try its best to keep it at 34fps! you will need to lower those to 13-15
