Impossible to load file profile

Hello,

When I try to load a profile through a file, nothing happens. I don't get the choice to "browse file". I have tried a clean install (on the desktop) but it doesn't help.

What can I do?

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

Of the two, I had only microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable, I didn't have microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable, but I had 3 version of some microsoft visual c++ 2008 x86 redistributable, two other versions of microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable (plus the one you told me to remove) and one version of microsoft visual c++ 2013 x86 redistributable

So I removed them all.

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

I did that in that exact order... And now it works perfect
