[IMPORTANT] Always Stuck in one of these 2 spots! (Needs FIX)

I've been using DB for a year now, and last couple months 97 % of the time it's ONE of these TWO locations that my chars gets stuck:

Please, is there any way this can be looked at ? or tell me how to fix it? Am I the only one being stuck here ???

Happy I'm not the only one. I just hope it can be fixed, because literally 97 % of the time, it's one of these 2 spots.

I am also seeing same thing nowadays, I have seen second one 2 times and I am also getting stuck at the beginning of a greater rift where character needs to activate the bridge but instead just tries to go forward forever.

Is it for bounties, nephalem rifts or both ?
