implement dynamic altitude base on map elevation

Just a few suggestion to the developer

1. already being suggest in the forum. sorry
2. Please enabled GPX pathing this would be a great addition.
3. I'm collecting pokemon spawn data and it best if pokefarmer could dump the latitude and longitude within the logs.
