I COMPLETELY 100 percent agree with what TROPICALIA said. They should at least warn you that the bot is MUCH MORE complicated than almost any other diablo bot out there(before they got taken down by blizzard). Not only is it more complicated, but it is laggy as fuck for people without decent to good computers. How is it that hellbuddy, the bot that supposedly ripped on demonbuddy's name, is 1000 times easier to use than db, and had 1000 times better customer support? I think that without people like giles and radonic, this bot would be absolute shit, because the dev's don't seem to give a shit. They seem to make the bot only as good as they need to so that complaints only come from 40 percent of the community instead of 80 percent.

I'll chime in here. I agree that it's pretty sad the state of the bot. I'll agree that they should clearly state that you can't do a single thing with the bot out of the box without downloading somebody elses profile or making your own. Being a developer myself, I just let it slide because I enjoy writing profiles. But I can very clearly see how the average user could feel ripped off and angry about it.

It seems like the demonbuddy community is split between people who aren't that skilled with computers, and/or don't have great computers and absolutely hate this bot but have no option but to use it because all the other bots got taken down, or people who nuthug the devs and everything associated with this bot because they are skilled with computers and have computers capable of running this bot without lag, so all the constant updates, crashes etc are no big deal to them.
Demonbuddy should really put a disclaimer saying that if you aren't that great with computers(which most people are not, and it is unreasonable to think they should be just because you are) or have middle to lower end computers that can't run db with it eating up all the cpu and making it laggy as shit, should reconsider purchasing it because it's going to frustrate the hell out of them...

The attitude of the op is dickish, but seriously, this bot is getting nowhere with people trying to be nice to the devs. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE OP TO ACTUALLY AFFECT SOME CHANGE, because at it's current trend, the devs are clearly not putting in any great deal of effort to make this bot better. The only effective way to actually get this shitty bot cleaned up is if more people like op actually state their opinions without worrying about the db nuthuggers pouncing on them, because clearly being nice hasn't worked.

Fuck random dungeons i prefer the account safety DB offers.
On the fence as well. They don't seem to be fixing or even acknowledging many bugs reported by devs, it seems pointless to pour time and effort into this bot when nothing seems to be improving and our voices don't seem to be heard.
Diablo is boring too, so who knows maybe i'll just uninstall it eventually
What is that? Im also kinda curious, I got some friends that are really pissed because I asked them to buy the bot because I said it was great, after a month using it they are really pissed and are smacking me around for their wasted money. They are saying that they will find another bot and do a chargeback.

If you don't like something stop using it. Go use one of the other bots out there.

DB is written the way that it is, and interacts with Blizzards servers in the way that it does because based on the devs experience with HonorBuddy it's the best way to avoid detection. It makes some things that appear very simple to do, actually very difficult. If you prefer the way Hellbuddy works, then go use Hellbuddy.
I'd prefer it if the DB devs were more communicative, I'd like random dungeons to work most of the time so we could use them in our profiles reliably. I think that in a few months time this bot will be much better.
The people that make DB are also making HonorBuddy and there's a huge WoW expansion due very soon which might just take some of their time, possibly. I'd guess they make a pile more money from WoW botters than D3 botters so it's not unsurprising that DB updates aren't as fast as we'd all like.
If you aren't happy with DB ask them for a refund and move on. It takes all of 15 mins to read some of the forums here before parting with cash. I did some research first and knew what I was buying when I signed up, so so far I'm pretty happy with DB. Raging about stuff of an forum just makes you look like a *******.

If DB doesn't have random dungeons by the the time the expansion hits in a month. It probably means we won't be getting it any time soon since they will be working on Honorbuddy instead.

You're pretty dumb excuse me for saying so but that's what you are. DB customer do not give a fuck if there is a WOW expansion soon or what the hell ever. What we do care about is the state DB is in and tbh right now DB is in a hilariously bad state. The list of things that are broken or half broken, unsupported and or not working is longer then the last of things that are working so excuse me for saying so but what kind of bot are you using because clearly it cant be DB. The promise that it might hold up to the promises given upon purchase in a few years time is something I'd call bullshit. Right now DB is pretty broken on more then one level and even stuff that is easy to fix you know 1-2 lines of code takes them days if not a week that's pretty pathetic.
Sure the OP is an asshole but he's not entirely wrong and this fanboi bullshit is making me sick.

Ok, you can run db fine, so noone else can complain at all because you happened to be able to get it working in 15 minutes and because you don't have a computer that overloaded with the cpu usage? And do you think DB actually care if you complain or dont? You have already bought a key and the chance you will buy another one is not that great, even if DB would be UBER good.
You need to remember that they are running a business too.
And i hope you are not using any of ciggarcs profiles or plugins because ginger is a part of ciggarc, so if you have used some of them. Chances you have been running his work are pretty good.
I know that some of you think that DB isnt doing enough, but you have to remember. This bot is better then pretty much all the other bots. It doesnt got explore area atm. But even without, the other bots cant run WW barbs or CM wizards... There is so much you can do with a open API.
