Im new and I need help (How to use DB)

I downloaded DB and and already installed.

My current character is DH running unhallowed essence paragon lvl 450+

I want to know how to use DB > I want to run bounties/goblins hunting/ rifts / greater rifts, I need full detailed answer and thanks.
