Im lost

[trouble]

Ive tried to uninstall the bot reinstall and run as admin... So for past few days ive been reading the forum and trying out things as they appl to my problem

I log bot in and it gives this in the picture

So i read over the fourms to see what i can come up with and i came to this

SO when i right click it only gives me the choice to open

and it does this


So im totally lost any help would be appercated

Yes, you do need the .Net Framework and Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 for DB to run. The wizard is to help you automatically download and install those requirements. So, run (open) the wizard and wait until it says completed, or nothing appears downloading or installing. Restart your computer then to make sure, and try to run DB again.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
