I killed Alani with the Sky Crystal I spent hours and hours farming then the corpse is unlootable. I am so fucking pissed. What the fuck? Blizzard is a joke, they design the stupidest shit.
 
Open ticket, and bitch at them, not here. Make them work and busy!
 
did you really spend hours and hours, or did you bot it.

if you botted it, dont complain about time wasted, where you werent even doing anything personally yourself anyway.

Sucks balls that happened but ticket and you risk investigation...maybe more than you want.
 
risks of botting :/ happens on quests too in Loch Modan in the Cave.

someone told me that if you left it a while it would fix itself.
 
Damn man... that sucks bad! Just open up a ticket and see what they can do for you.
 
I wouldn't be worried about the ticket. If they had enough info server-side to ban you they'd do it regardless of the ticket. The GM will probably just see if you killed it and hand you the item.

Even if you were flagged on their end they can't deny you the item because they think you may be botting.

or suck it up and send the bot back out i have looted 31 skyshards so far and no real time of my own invested. sucks when that happens though

I'm sorry about the situation you described, so I'll give you all of the information that I'm able to about this, you know, in case you return... Anyway, I'm assuming that the NPC/mob you're referring to is this one: Alani - NPC - World of Warcraft

As I understand it, you killed that rare mob that provides you with a mount when looting it but as you claim, it didn't provide you with the mount item. I've reviewed our logs of your character's activities over the last day+ but I'm sorry to report that I don't see any record of your character killing that specific mob. I'm afraid that without a record of the kill I wouldn't be able to assist with providing that item to you.

What a fucking joke even if I hadn't deleted my character. Yes, I collected 10 Skyshards. Yes, I use the Sky Crystal to disable Alani's Nimbus Shroud buff. Yes, I pulled Alani with Chain Lightning and killed it. No, it was not lootable. There's probably no record because NPCs attacked it. Why put a spawn that flies around through several areas with NPCs or even give them the ability to attack a rare spawn in the first place? Jesus Christ, you can tell when Americans make or do something since it's usually ass backwards. I would have taken a screen shot, but I don't like any records of support tickets so for that one instance I decided to open to see what would happen and decided it's just not worth it, the game let alone anything within the game.

Well...that's a lie. You deleted your character? I think there's a bridge missing something.
 
look it sucks, but the issue is between you and blizzard there's no need to tell us and keep going on about how Americans are back ass-words or whatever, so thread closed.
