I'm dying way too often - Barbarian - Item suggestions?

I can't finish the first act of inferno as my barbarian (lvl 77) dies way too often. My gear is focused on bonus gold / items, sadly I cannot purchase any high end gear because I only have 16 mio. gold and the gear I find is worser than the gear my character wears.

I'm looking for specific suggestions what can be replaced and what stats the new item should have, for example whether I should focus on strength or resistence or anything like that.

I just checked, sadly none of your items are worth keeping. 16mil is enough to start up an OK barb, check the thread on building a barb to farm, it's somewhere in the forum, use search.

But the gear is actually such expensive that I cannot even buy two items with 16 mio.
Although I don't know all of these short terms like "ls" "chc" "chd".

Looks like you could do with some research. After you've learnt the term, just lower the values and shop.
