Im Banned.

I just recently jumped into the same boat of your guys. Cheers...
Just a question, did you guys used pokesnipe? 'Cause one of my account I stopped botting for a week, only use it on pokesnipe, got banned as well.
 
I didn't use pokesniper, I did however do a few funny but stupid things. I teleported to a quiet zone in the USA for radio telescopes, where it's illegal to use a cell phone. Pretty dead give away that I was spoofing my location. Before using a bot, I always spoofed my location and had my phone auto path at night. Then using a bot, I teleported between nyc and where I live (states away) a lot. I would just wait an hour and log in, then take gyms, then flip the bot on at night to get more potions. Rinse repeat, teleports everyday.

I got an IP ban which has turned into this game data ban. Not sure how long it will last but I find it funny they don't even send an email. I at least deserve one that exclaims how stupid and impossible my account logs are.

Interesting how the game devs are very quiet about this. Has anyone actually asked from support about why they are unable to login and received an answer?
I have 4 accounts. Three are good and my main botting account which I have been very careful with is what bsd called the dreaded "data ban". Just tried logging in after waking up and it has been over 24 hours since the initial problem surfaced.

I have received no notice from them in my email and like an idiot I bought some pokecoins to max out my backpack. If indeed my account has been permabanned, I will try and fight it and demand my money back.

Are you serious??? You broke a contract with Niantic by using 3rd party software with their game. I love how everyone all of a sudden gets "dumb" when they get banned.

Don't be so harsh on him. Think of it this way. He was a citizen and recently broke the country law, and he just wanted to hear the judge sentence before getting his butt kicked. Simply as that.
