Ignore Elites For Higher XP Runs

Ran this last night doing Keep 2, Crater 2, and Rakkis. Posted 40M exp but bot was dieing 10times an hour at MP6. Weak IPH and GPH. Needs work.

How do I make my barb either ignore, or run away from Fallen Maniacs? It's literally WWing all over maniacs until it dies. lol
