If you have 2 diablo3 account but only one use demmonbuddy you still get both banned?

Hey, i got a doubt if anyone had and similar experience please let us know, I got 2 diablo 3 accounts but only use boot with one, sometime in my lap and sometimes in my desktop pc, but always in my home, does IP can make both account be banned or only the one that use bot may get banned. Wierd, have actually happend to someone already, that got they d3 account banned and had never bot with it, but have bot with a different account?
