I know a lot of people will quit... But for who will not, you will level your characters by hand or you will use a lvling profile?
Maybe farming act3 in all dificulties until 60?

And... What type of cdkey allow to bot eu and us and sell items in each rmah?

always lvling per hand with isboxer, cuz safe and no ban for sure
just google for d2 cd keys
any cd key allowed you to bot in europe + us and asia. But Russian keys( RU) you need launage fix or ru client.

selling items in us and eu is not possible just one of them. ( if you're europe).
if you're US idk if you can do both.

ive already lost 3 accounts previously (i know, nothing compared to some). its been profitable every time ive re-purchased accounts. leveling and gear is no problem, i have a non bot account with a 60 on it which i can run through on MP 10, took me 2 hours to level my last barb.

then i just drop 50 mil on barb and ready to go. they usually pay for themselves in the first 2 weeks. ive been running the two ive got now for 3 months now no ban. yep its worth it.
