Unfortunately with blizzard these "who's not banned" polls are of very limited value. THEY DO NOT BAN AT THE MOMENT OF INFRACTION. or even the same day. or same week necessarily. they never have. With PQR I personally had an account that was frozen for 2 months and last had PQR attached to it like in Sept, yet it was permabanned along with everyone else in Jan. yes they banned a frozen account that last had a bot 4 months previously.

So far only a small percentage of people using CRs and garrison bots have been banned. many many thousands of accounts use them just about daily, only a couple hundred maybe got banned? But it's not like the banwave is over and those who made it are in good shape. we have no clue how many 1000s more have been caught already, just their ban is coming up next week or next month.

i also had 2 accounts with no game time that received a 3 day ban. i remember adding game time, logging on and finding i was suspended. a quick ticket got a response from a gm telling me he couldn't overturn the suspension, but he COULD add 3 days paid gametime to the end of my sub. i felt so happy i didnt even bother with a ticket for the second account.
