if i sell 1 billion gold at once will it get stuck?

i've read ppl before saying big transactions getting stuck, was wondering if i sold my 1 bil gold if it'll get stuck? Also I've read that you have a bigger chance of selling right before maintenance, so before the servers go down?

ppl say sell before servers go down because it gets sold better due to lack of competition i think

I always sell at server server down because there is no competition when serv is down

I sold 400 million and then 100 million a while later and they both got stuck and I have not recieved the money for either sell. Been over a month. Now I sell in increments of 50 million and have had no problems.
