I found this Hotfix for the install problem I was having with 4.6.1 it seem to fix alot of issues with it, and it also installs both 4.6 and 4.6.1 for you.
Found a hotfix, I didn't have 4.6 or 4.6.1 installed due to the installer not working. this Hotfix installed both for me and fixed the issue. I you can't install 4.6.1 or 4.6 use this hotfix.
