if acc banned, will affect items sold on RMAH, mean Chargeback

Hello i was asking.. if they ban an account that have traded on RMAH and sold items and sent money to paypal.. If the account was banned for botting.. THEY WILL CHARGEBACK my money on Paypal that i earned or not??

You can only lose money if there is money on that account when banned. Blizzard doesn't to my knowledge but I am sure someone who is banned can tell you.
