As the title suggests, if you are in the middle of catching a pokemon when the session expires it is no longer able to catch the pokemon when it relogs. The pokemon can still be seen by images on the map but bot will never attempt to catch it again.
In some instances stopping and restarting the bot again allows for those pokemon to be caught and in very rare instances it still catches it before the disconnect though you don't see it in the caught pokemon at times.
