First log is before deleting "Settings" Folder, Second Log is After deleting "Settings" folder. so, that apparently doesn't matter.
Bags are not full, got everything down from 80 items to 20 (What a waste if this isnt the problem)
Pokemon catch level? I've maxed out my Pokemon Capture and it's not even close to being full. only lvl 23 here
Yes, there are pokestops, my character doesn't move just auto-Idle. No, I shouldn't be soft banned, I stopped playing pokemon go after the PF went down for months at a time. Im trying to play for the first time since the PF got fixed (Well, I thought it was fixed)
So, Basically I've got to create another pokemon account to make this one work? uh what?
 
What are your radius settings? and # pokemons to catch in an hour?

I mean if you want to get it working until a fix is implemented thats my suggestion since thats the only thing that has worked for most of us since having the issue. You dont have to do anything although making an account takes about 3 minutes tops -_-

Was in California Back home in Texas now. Still "IDLE"




UPDATE: Manually updated the PokeFarmer and "Idle" bug stopped.
