Idle issue?

So I read through the sticky post on this but didn't really see anyone talking about or suggesting any kind of fix for this. Can someone help me out with this? Or at least shed some light on whether it's just a waiting game at this point for it to be fixed.

had that too and also the message that it couldnt connect to game server. i changed my ip and it worked again. so i guess its an ip ban

i found turning off modem for 20-30 mins solves this
