Idle and no Pokestops

can any one tell me the problem? i cant see pokestops it says all time IDLE and the new version i can´t start. im a paying customer. pls help
 
Bot hasn't worked since the day I bought it. Join the club.

Then that's an error on your part It went down for like 2 days and has been up ever since, this is the first time it's gone back into idle mode since then
 
I think we got IP banned... i logged on using my home wifi (where i was botting from) and i couldnt see anything; no pokestops, no gyms, nothing on radar.

Then I logged using my cellphones data and all my accounts are able to see stops, gyms, etc.
 
use the programm hide ip and all works!!!

I don't know what that app is but mine went blank for around 30 min, then came back. may be some other form of soft ban, but I don't think your app fixed it. more likely your ban timer ran out.

I think we need to wait for the support.

I used the bot for 2 days now. And i got this error a few minutes ago.

Its a soft ban... you can resume gameplay after 30-45 mins
Also, you cannot run multiple instances of the game anymore... youll just get banned again
I just restarted botting after 45mins of being "idle" (banned) and will keep it to 1 bot at a time now

That shouldn't be a fix though. Forcing users to go out of their way to change their IP for a fault on their end? No. Especially people who have static IP's and simply CAN'T change their IP. I refuse to accept that as a solution. I bought this bot over a week ago and it has not worked since.

You're doing something wrong then
 
Yeah, had tried multiple VPNs and nothing, then out of no where it starts working again. 1 bot at a time it seems :(

you can send an email to Niantic complaining about it
