It's not Bossland running the OP but someone else (who will get his share in turn if Blizz decides to chase) so I don't see how Bossland get's this added to the charges unless he will facilitate in serverspace, website and other means to make it happen.
Other than that Bossland has nothing to do with it, except for providing HB/GB to realize the farming and affect the economy and gameplay and all the other bollocks blizzard claims (but it's the users that do this, Boss just provides a mean to do it).

Either way, it's not like everyone has HB except for Asia.
I'm sure the Chinese do too as I recall HB was translated already to Chinese or some sort of negotiations have been going on in the past.

Sorry to say that I have skipped a few pages, as I didn't feel much for ploughing trough 10 pages of replies if this was brought up before.
My 2 cents, just stay privateer and try to make a buck or two if you have too (I'm a private botter, not for financial gain so again I have no real interest in this).
