[IDEA] Configurable Combat Keys delay.

I think it would be great to throw out those Key 6/7/8 delay variables into gatherbuddy GUI so everyone could set it up to their likings.

Should take less than minute to implement.

Personally i loved 6/3/1, because it would work great with my new death knight macros, but now its 10/6/1 again.

No, they're not. I haven't seen any macro heal when below x% hp at least.
