I have a friend who used to bot and farm gold. He had his main account and his bot account on the same battle.net (as do I) and one day he got banned on his bot account but his main account wasn't touched.
As I stated I have the same set up and I never bot on my main account BUT I am less careful than he is. I mail what I farm from my bot account to a bank alt on my main account (is that bad?).
So my question is, from the collective experience of the forum users. Does Blizzard ban multiple accounts across a single battle.net account? If so under what circumstances? Also if what I'm doing is dangerous what is a better way to "launder" my farmed goods?
Thanks guys! Looking forward to hearing your experience.
PS: I know there is ALWAYS a chance you will get banned under any circumstances but I'm looking for real experiences here.
