Ice blink / Invigorating Gemstone / Gem of Ease at level 0 but they are 50

Everything was working fine and suddenly the bot started seeing those gems as level 0 even thou they are 50 (MAX level).

If you look at the picture attached you'll see that Adventurer see them at level 0 and it's trying to upgrade them.
You can see that happening in the attached log.

i've had this problem occur with a wide variety of gems not just those, so far having multiple of the same gem seems to cause it occasionally, though ive seen it happen after i've used all my dupes for augments or stashed them on another char, though far less often. usually with no dupes closing and restarting the bot has fixed it, however not always.

I have the same problem since the last tripwire event. I don't know how to fix it but just put the gem with wrong level down.
