Okay, so i created an acc yesterday and got lvl 19 with necro, 50 KPH, ive started the bot half of an hour ago, already got 25k exp, i will stop when i get 150k exp in total, if everything happens i will reply here, wish me luck! After i shutdown the bot i will do some manual snipes to get rare pokemons.

Some info to add:

I recently started botting up 2 accounts yesterday

1 account was created last week -- stopped it at level 1, didn't bot it up

1 account was created yesterday

I was botting the accounts up the past day -- reaching over 200k exp on each. The account that was created yesterday is now 'failed to retrieve data'. The account that was created last week is still up and running.

I was confused why this happened as they both have literally the same settings, same IP, same everything. But then I saw the post today about reaching 200k in a day possibly resulting in ban. Then it started to make more sense

So perhaps it's an average of exp per day since your account created?

Maybe, ive turned off the bot right now, got lvl 21, created the account yesterday and got lvl 19 yesterday, today i got 150k exp, i will do some manual snipe after i finish studying, i think i got one soft ban, i dont remember which acc was, not sure, but it was my fault, ive turned off the bot and logged in my acc by mistake on my device, but it was the pokestop ban, just spinned 27 times and got unbanned, if something happens i will reply here
 
So ive done some snipes and got some rare pokemons, got a softban by my fault, but it was a pokestop and i bypassed by spinning, still normal, tomorrow i will bot some 150k exp and after that i will snipe more pokemons, everything is normal

I keep hearing about the achievements and medals although has it been confirmed that it is NOT just client side? I will need to look create a new account and just bot it and see what happens once I earn a medal, etc... and see if the timestamp matches the time I logged in or if it was prior.
 
its me again guys, ive created a new acc to let the bot run non-stop, 50 KPH, around 75k exp/h, its already lvl 17, if i got banned in this acc i will reply too
 
Thanks. Can you check your Journal when you login to your phone, and see if the medals, etc... have the timestamp when they were earned in the bot or if it shows up as the timestamp when you logged in to the phone?

I wonder if we all bot at the same time and at the same place at 50km/h. :rolleyes:
 
Adding more info to this test.

I have been running 1 bot from friday untill today (not botting in weekends) so 5 days of botting, only that one account. I never logged in on the phone. Used only only walking speed, camping at lures, stayed at 300m radius. never used eggs, incense etc. only botting 2-3 hours a day, and not catching above 400 pokemons any day. Was botting in SF at pier 39 area. I got banned on that account today, level 21.. Worst thing is, I cant put a finger on what I did to trigger the ban. Only thing might be to not logging in on phone. Anyway hope this info was somewhat helpfull.. ill go back to retard less safe botting again! :-) any info from you guys and your experiments?
 
Sup guys, its me. I started to care about the acc and stopped botting, stopped since thursday, logged many times on phone, used Poke Go ++ on iPhone to loot pokestops close home, sniped a few times on tuesday, nothing happened on the acc ,still normal, can catch pokemons and loot, and im lvl 21.

No medals on the journal, just pokestop loot and pokemon catch time and the day
 
I have currently got one at lvl 23, from botting only with PokeFarmer. I only run it for 2-3 hours per day, with "run" speed, everything ticked except "wait at lured pokestops", (because this is currently bugged). I was botting on another continent, so I waited 24 hours and then opened it on my phone, (to move him safely home), when he got to lvl 20, and collected all my medals, items, etc. I also dropped a magic egg and evolved all my creatures, to gain another 20-30k XP. I am now botting him again, but in my local city. So far, no bans at all.

I had several other bots which got banned in the ban wave, (I believe because I was botting for too many hours per day). This is why I now limit it to 2-3 hours.

I am interested to hear the experiences of those who have been maxing it out, power-leveling, and running the bot non-stop. I am surprise you have not been banned.

Thanks. I know they do log the level up and medal date/time, although it appears that is now out of the journal entries. It does record Pokémon catches (what you caught and when) as you mentioned. As a test I popped and egg then botted, it did hatch ~30 minutes prior to me logging in to the phone based on the speed and distance I went (I logged in 30 minutes later on purpose).

Once I logged in, it did record the egg hatching/catch at the time I logged in. This is definitely (as discussed in other threads) a very simple and easy way for Niantic to do a query for botters if they level up, get medals and hatches at the same time.
 
i was doing pretty well running the bot for about 6 hours straight. but i use the settings to take random breaks. i was catching around 700 pokemon. i was botting across country. after waking up id login to phone click metals and putz around for a few mins, then after work 8 hours later id repeat the process across country (4-5 hour flight) and bot for 6 hours etc
that was working flawless for about 4 days, yesterday i decided to try a new farm spot local to my house and i got banned 45 minutes into it
 
For Niantic to go through millions of user records may take them a few days. Just because you are not banned now, doesn't mean it won't come later.
