I think the ban was only 3 days, if you go to the forums and click on a random thread and at the bottom click on learn more (if you're logged in to your account, you will see a count down timer), idk if that's just for posting or the entire account.

I think the forum bans refreshes itself every 72hours, so that you won't be able to post until you buy a new cdkey if D3 was the only game on your existing BNet account.

its not permanent whatsoever, you can try to hack into blizz network and revert.. or some crazy things you can do, go to court, go on a covert mission into their data center or just buy activisoin blizzard.
