check this out ok.

One of my accounts got banned a LONG time ago. Obviously he had full awesome gear on him.

Now Look :
pewptart - Community - Diablo III

I was NOT wearing a dark mage's shade when I got banned. Obviously.

What's up with that? How did that get there? where are my items? My other characters still have the items they were wearing before. But all my Wiz's items are gone???

Can you guys post profiles of your other characters that got banned a long time ago??

I bet there is some kid at blizz going into these accounts and selling the stuff on the RMAH.
 
well what the fuck. isnt that against some kind of rule or law?

I dont think its santioned by blizz the company, but I think its some employee who has a tidy scheme going on.

Anyone else notice the same thing? (make sure u look at ur old banned accounts that actually had GOOD gear, not trash GF/PUR gear).

When my wiz was banned, he had around 700$ worth of gear.
 
My (really crappy) GF DHs that I used when Sarkoth was still viable are still full-equipped. They all sucked though.
 
I sold an auction on RMAH a few hours after I got banned tonight :) $20! Woot...
 
i'm pretty sure you got hacked then banned :D all my banned account are still fully equiped ...
 
Your gear is exactly 0$ cost to generate by blizzard, why would they bother digging into your account if they can just "generate" the items they want and sell it. As you can notice, in the AH the name of the seller is not listed, how do you know that the item belongs to a legitimate player or directly to blizzard? They can also generate gold and sell it, is just a key-press for them, and $$$.
