I still can't purchase a demonbuddy key.

First of all, let me apologize for posting a second thread about this. (My first one got closed and my problem has not been fixed yet.)

Just to reiterate and update my situation:

I have been able to purchase the 24-hour access keys for the past week with no trouble. Yesterday, I decided to purchase the 1 year, 1 session key but I was not able to because I keep on getting the Failure Page saying that my transaction was declined because I'm from Germany. I DO NOT live in Germany. I am from the United States.
I tried changing my IP address and purchasing it from a different computer with a different IP address but I still get the same failure page. Tony, the Super Moderator, posted that I should email support about my problem. I did send an email and got a reply saying that my bank has declined my payment because of overseas payment.
I did get an email about a fraudulent attempt involving DemonBuddy. I called my bank and confirmed that I know of those transactions and in fact, I was the one who made those transactions. My bank was more than happy to unblock DemonBuddy and said that I should now be able to make my purchase with no hassle at all.

Feeling positive about this, I go to the demonbuddy website and purchase my 1 year, 1 session key. Guess what happens next? Failure Page:

If you are from Germany or live temporary in Germany, then buying this product is not allowed and the transaction was declined.

You can always try again. If the Issue persists please visit The Support Forum and tell us about


PS I guess this is not a problem on my side anymore. I am trying to be patient about this but it does get frustrating. I hope this issue gets fixed soon. Thank you.

I already sent an email, 3 times yesterday.
I got a response saying that it was an issue regarding my bank declining my purchases because its overseas payment. I already called my bank and they have already unblocked demonbuddy.
The problem still persists and I still get the same Failure Message. I have sent another email at [email protected]
 
Reply on the old ticket or send a new one in that case
