Try turning off Windows UAC.....can google "turn off windows uac" to get details on how if not sure. thats what I had to do to get it to run without crashing wow on one of my laptops

Its because his user account is a locked down user account. Trying to get it changed now but Teamviewer doesn't like when you switch accounts

All set, enjoy. Its going to be downloading a lot of meshes at first so if you see it pausing, its normal.
