So im sorry i was rude, but my question is it says i can get a refund within 7 days of purchasing, i am still within that period. 1) why havent they replied to my tickets?
2) will i get my money back?
3) is there a phone number to call or live chat?
4) ??? wtf ???

This article answers questions about refunds:

Refunds are handled exclusively by the Bossland 'front office' at [email protected]. I imagine they are quite busy the past few days. Also, they do not work the weekends.

So please be patient, and try contacting them every few days until the problem is resolved.

The forum Support staff have no ability to assist you with this matter.
