I need urgent help

I bought honorbuddy and downloaded it etc, but when I log into it, it just says max sessions or comes up with a massive error and closes down :S This is the first time I'm using the program btw so I have no idea what to do
 
This is what I get now when I try and log. Also it was coming up with "max session" or something but I can't even get past the error screen to show you

no log, no support. its simple as that, if the your next post does not contain a log, the thread will be closed.
 
Go to the debug tab on your honorbuddy (when the error occurs), then copy and paste what you see in that tab. All of it. Make sure to post it according to Kick's guide.

^^This is bad advice, very bad. There are very, very few authors that will help you if you just copy/paste a portion of the debug window (even if it's everything in the debug window). I would say that 99% of the authors on these forums ask for complete log files, from the HB/Logs directory. It's safe to say that you should never, ever -- unless asked directly by the author -- do a copy/paste of any window. This sort of thing is what gets you ignored or scolded.

Kickazz wrote a guide on how to post a log, which CodenameG linked to in his reply. I'd suggest following that guide on how to post log files.

^^This is very good advice. Excellent advice, actually, and the proper thing to do on the forums.
 
Yes this is all well and good but nobody has explained what a log actually is!
 
actually the issue is that you didn't follow the hb guide

thoroughly read it and comprehend it, do what it says, and it will work

the issue is .net 3.5 sp1 or c++ redist

so you got passed the fasm issue and you're now failing to authenticate?

did you copy over your key and make sure you didn't accidentally copy over a space before/after said key?
