I need Help With HB

i dont know what is going here, im trying to setup my HB on other PC but when i try to start it up(so i can set it up) im getting this error, i really need help with this, Thanks.

What version do you use? And have .net framework installed?

Can you try deleting StyxSettings, LevelbotSettings_Cury and LevelbotSettings_Kabinet?
