i need help by profiles etc

hi guyz :

the thing i would like to ask : is there a profile avaible wich takes the quests in the land u are ?
not a profile who need to fly to ogr and quest there .

need a profile that does : i fly or manuel quest in silverpine forest and so on, and if i turn it on, it quests on there not flying anywhere else..
