I need help asap

This is the second time ive purchased a key and it tells me that the key fails, you have banned my IP or my hardware ID for one reason or another. I dont know why but i just gave you my money and i have attached screenshots to show u whats going on. I can not even get to the buddy auth website unless i go through a ***** ( i also attached a screenshot of that case). Either way if this is not resolved ASAP i will be disputing the charges.
to review:
I cant get it to authenticate using the key in my email
i cant get into buddyauth because my IP is blocked from the website

are you sure the key your trying to use is the same one listed on the buddyauth website? are you sure theres no spaces before or after your key?


if your sure, try flushing your dns

reset your host file back to default.

and try power cycling your home router.

i just flushed my DNS and the issue persists. The key im entering is the exact one that i got off the email basically copy pasting

did you reset your host file.

theres more to my post then just flush your dns and check your key.

right im sorry, i didnt have auth so i deleted the host file and everything is working properly now thanks so much chief youre the best ily <3
