I must have completely forgotten where I protect pages (stash)

I found where I can protect certain bag slots, but I could have sworn it was possible to protect certain stash pages. It keeps taking all my first page and putting it randomly throughout my bank and I want page #1 left alone because I have all my mats exactly where I want them to be :\

More specifically, the Settings button under the "Main" tab on the client, then under "Vendoring" you wanna click the "Edit Protected Bag Slots" button.
