I met this guy from the internet at his house for an account... He jacked my $85.....

Alright well I found this guy on craigslist to buy an account from for 85 bucks I go to his house he shows me the account and I am like ok I'll buy it give him the 85 bucks and I change the account email and password (given the security questions and answers) He after I leave I start to set up the bot then he jacks his account back... What would you do in this type of thing honestly? I told him I better get my 85 bucks back via email I know this guys Full name number email address age (20)... What should or can I do? I have no reciept or anything...
 
Go kick his ass get your money back and hammerban his account..
 
you involve the cops. it's a misdemeanor B for theft / fraud of greater than 50, less than 500 and he can go to jail if charged. involve the local cops and either get your 85$ back or the acct

How do I go about Hammerbanning his account? This is where I can get into trouble here... No plate on the crotch rocket full geared helmet and a backpack with a small bat... His car is parked right outside his house...
 
Go to his house and go nuts, like kick said call the cops. It should scare the shit out of him.
 
or call his mom, just threatening to call the cops should be enough, no one likes jail.

call the cops first and make an incident report, then get the report # and let him know that you will press charges for theft / fraud and if he doubts it, call the police.

he will very swiftly return the cash or the acct... or will go to jail which costs more than $85
 
I'd say go for the throat, kill him off slowly.

That stuff pisses me off. If you end up not getting your account back,
involve blizzard so that he hopefully gets a permanent ban. (and nuke the shit out of him ^^)
 
how old are you ? go get a taser, knock on his door and when he answers yell PIKACHU!! after he falls to the ground start repeatedly kicking him in the balls . Na, either call the cops and file a report. or just go to his house and do a Brad Pitt (Achilles- TROY ) and stand in the street yelling his name to come out and get his arse whooped..,.. heck post his number here. i'm sure some peeps wouldn't mind giving him a call

Well I put in a account recovery I dont know if this will work or not cause my email was the one it was changed to it says they will email me when the account restore is processed he kept his security answer... not sure if this will work wouldnt blizzard contact me by now? Maybe its under investigation? I hope the account is not accessible right now....
 
Na dont think so I dont have a ticket or anything its in his possession but he keeps playing dumb dumb with it even after I called the police and the police said they want me to meet up with him and work something out I was like what he keeps claiming I have it
