i bought a 1 year 1session subscription around a week ago, and the night before the shut down i bought another 1year 1session subscription and sent a email to the support team to upgrade my account to 1year 3 sessions but havent gotten the upgrade yet because of what happen. my question is are you going to upgrade my account and then double it into 6session 1year? cuz i did technically apply for the upgrade before the blizz thing.

Does that really matter at this moment? No. No need to bump a topic that doesn't need an answer any time soon lol
 
I'm sure they will get back to you. They're probably just a little overloaded, and i'm not sure if they are allowed to do things like that at the moment. However I don't see a problem with changing your session types as you still can't operate the bot at the moment. Although Hawker has some encouraging words on the "Don't ask 1000 times thread."

Also thread titles like that won't get you taken seriously.
 
considering my circumstances i would like to know what would be happening to me in my situation. i didnt see any other topic with the same issue as mine so why cnt i ask.

n yes i know the title was a bit much but i was super high n eating pickles lol
