I keep getting this error! Please help!

I just got this new PC for Christmas and I get this error. It was working fine on my last computer. Dont know what could be wrong.

Ok, so I did that, Now its saying max sessions? I cant get it to go away. I looked in my try, nothing. CTRL+ALT+DEL, Its not there. I dont know :/

Go to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal. If you havent registered there, register with the email address you used when you purchased HB.
There you can kill active sessions.

So I did that, but it crashes when I start it, start it again, max sessions, Ill kill it, and rinse and repeat.

So post a screenshot of the error it gives you when it crashes.
