I keep getting authentication error!!

i've brought the 1 year honourbuddy and this is happening
Loading Honorbuddy 2.0.0.4620 settings.
Authenticating..
Buddy Sessions: 0/0
-----
Shared Sessions: 0/0
Please purchase a Buddy Product!
Authentication failed!
PLEASE HELP
 
are you sure that you bought the actual bot and not the flying key?
 
and there is no email on your inbox with the bot login info?
check spam folder as well
 
after i brought the thing, i had to / chose to this shopbuddy regisster too, and i have an email like this

Honorbuddy 1 Session - lasts 1 year.

Hello, i paid for honorbuddy for a month supcription yesterday, i can log into the forum, however i cannot log into the bot itself. Every time i go and change my password for my bot it says the password has been changed and it's incorrect.

basically..

I have my forum account, i cant log into the budyshop site. i reset password and change it, it says SUCCESS! but i still cant log into the site after it has been changed. When i log into the bot, it gives the authenticator error.

Ive paid 25 euros for this and i really want it to work.

Please help me! thnx

if it's letting you reset it - then there's something wrong with you :p i think there might be a link that u have to click - dunno
 
there was a confirmation link when i created my forum account.. it worked. my forum account works. but not the shop account :S there is no link there! do you want the info and try?

after your purchase you should have an email on your inbox with your login info
if not open a new thread on payments and Bossland will check it asap
dont forget to include your invoice id
 
well i have an email with the codes:

username: HB151V08
password: EV1G4GSF (removed 3 digits so that its not public)

and these codes dont work anywhere at all, not on forum, shop, or the bot.

my invoice is : 52910

are you sure that you are typing it as it is?with caps enabled
